Good action is authentic worship (puja). It is the best form of remembering the Lord. It is the highest devotional song. It spreads love, without distinction and difference. It is service done as the duty of the individual.

All across the ten regions of the Sri Sathya Sai Organization in the United States, members undertake service projects that relate to helping the needy with food and shelter, supporting the community during the pandemic, providing health care, protecting the environment and assisting in education. Region 1, Northeast Region - Go-Green Initiative
The video describes the extensive Go-Green initiative adopted by the Northeast Region, spearheaded by their Young Adults. A major feat was being able to successfully campaign several towns in Massachusetts to ban the use of plastic bags and Styrofoam.
Region 2, Mid Atlantic Region - Helping a Native American tribe impacted by COVID-19
A few Sathya Sai Centers of the Mid-Atlantic Region assisted a northern New Jersey Indigenous tribe that was severely impacted by COVID-19, by delivering a box truck full of essential items to 200 grateful families of The Turtle Clan of the Lenape Nation.
Region 3, Southeast Region - Service projects of the Sathya Sai Center of Northeast Atlanta
The video features service projects undertaken by the Northeast Atlanta Sathya Sai Center from Region 3 including a very unique service in which Center members volunteer weekly at Save the Horses, an animal rescue.
Region 4, Mid-Central Region Service projects
Valentine’s Day cards for veterans by SSE children; face masks and face shields for hospital staff and a blood drive during the pandemic ...these are a few of the many service projects undertaken by the Sathya Sai Centers of the Mid-Central Region.
Region 5, North-Central Region Service Projects
The video features unique service projects by the North-Central Region with a focus on Envirocare - an E-waste collection drive initiated by the SSE children and highway cleanup projects. Also included is a face mask project.
Region 6, Pacific Northwest Region Service Projects
The video highlights service projects undertaken collaboratively by the Sathya Sai Centers in the Pacific Northwest Region in response to the needs of those in distress - creating Welcome Boxes for children entering foster care, a face mask project and weekly feeding of the homeless during the pandemic, and providing relief to families impacted by the West Coast wildfires.
Region 7, Northern California & Nevada
The video features a very unique project, “Dress A Girl”, adopted by the Sathya Sai Center of Santa Rosa in Northern California, whereby volunteers are provided with sewing kits to stitch colorful sun dresses that are shipped and distributed to little girls in need around the world.
Region 8, Pacific South Service Projects
The video highlights two long-standing service projects by the Sathya Sai Center of Hollywood in Southern California– distribution of fresh burritos to the homeless in downtown Los Angeles every Sunday morning, and providing homeless teens with food, personal hygiene items, and clothing at the First Baptist Church of Venice, CA.
Region 9, South West Region Service Projects
The video features the South West Region’s commitment to the global Go Green initiative by undertaking the planting of 95 trees in honor of Sathya Sai Baba’s 95th Birthday, a project that included the active participation of SSE children in the region, and inspired similar tree planting initiatives in the nation.
Region 10, South Central Region Service Projects
The video highlights key service projects by SSIO members in South Central Region in 2020 - the distribution of face masks, groceries and hot meals; preparing and distributing thank-you cards to health care workers and providing 60 air conditioning units for residents in Houston, TX.
