The Organizations named after Me are not to be used for publicizing My name, or creating a new cult around My worship. They must try to spread interest in recitation of God's name (japam), meditation (dhyanam) and other spiritual practices (sadhana), which lead man Godward; they must demonstrate the joy derivable from devotional singing (bhajan) and remembering God's name (namasmarana), the peace (shanti) that one can draw from good company (sathsang). They must render service (seva) to the helpless, the sick, the distressed, the illiterate and the needy. Their selfless service (seva) should not be exhibitionistic; it must seek no reward, not even gratitude or thanks from the recipients.

Sri Sathya Sai Speaks, Vol 8 (23rd February 1968)

The Initiatives for the Sri Sathya Sai Young Adults (YA) program provide varied opportunities to Young Adults to participate in the programs of their interest and support the needs of the Young Adults across various age groups.

All Young Adults are encouraged to participate in the initiatives that they are inspired to/deeply connected with, both at National and International levels, to not only transform themselves but also to spread the enthusiasm and energy to those around, both within the Sai Centers and in the respective communities.

If you are interested in joining any of these initiatives or have any questions related to these, please contact YA National team via email: ya-national-team@sathyasai.us
